Yes, I am referencing that terribly wonderful Kevin Rudolf song. I really do love it. Yes, LOVE it…and I even have a cringe-worthy dance to go with it!

But this post isn’t about the music industry’s recent marriage of Rock and Hip-Hop, which if you ask me, reeks something funky of  “I have a Dream”-ness.

Seriously, guys (Lil Wayne, I’m def talkin to yo ass!), Martin was talking about racial inequalities, not differing musical genres. Let musical segregation live once more!

This post is actually about LaRok’s too hot even for  shopbop Rock and Rolled Mini. With legs so long they literally compose 95.9% of my body, I can’t get enough of mini skirts. These “doll clothes,” as my grandfather calls them, get me into trouble sometimes, but, hey, the stems look bangin! So, when I discovered this adorable studded mini during one of my daily shopbop visits, I couldn’t help but fantasize about pulling on this band-aid of a skirt with my super-edgy fingerless leather gloves and going to town on my “Let it Rock” dance.

And my second fave part about this LaRok mini- extreme shortness trumps all…DUH!- is that it comes in Grass Green, which is a total middle finger to the idea that Rock’N’Roll fashion is exclusively black.
