After my damning condemnation of McQ, Target has been trying extra-hard to get back into my good graces. Who said you could only get the bees with honey?
One of the most lust-worthy sandal brands has hit the BullseyeBrand- Miss Trish of Capri, which specializes in beach-chic for the feet. But instead of $120-150 for each pair of sandals (we’re not talking about the Old Navy variety here), Miss Trish for Target is offering the same amount of summertime-style for $30-35.
Talk about Summer Lovin’ :)
Now y’all are just gonna have to bear with me because I absolutely adore nearly every style. Stylish and feminine with a splash of off-beat preppy, the sandals evoke the jet-set sensibility of Jackie O in the South of France- superchic without an ounce of effort.
I am head over heels for this electric lime pair bedazzled with a sparkly flower on the toe. It’s girly, but stylish. Cheeky, but classic summer on the Eastern shore. Equally cute is the red thong sandal that’s been jazzed up with a supersized gold starfish.

For the gals who haul heels well into the summer months, Miss Trish didn’t let you down…literally. She designed a pair of wedges, so feminine and adorable, I swear you’ll squeal and dare to wear pink every day of the summer. They’re haute fuschia and have crystal encrusted turtles climbing over every inch of the straps. I’m thinking denim cutoffs, white short-shorts, black hotpants…well, I think ya know what I’m trying to say. These flirty wedges are just begging to show off miles of sunkissed gams.

But my absolute favorite (and newest closet companion) is the chicer than chic gold thong adorned with an emerald-eyed lion’s head. Simple but sassy, this style could be worn day to night, from cotton cover-up to silky caftan. This style is the most HighEnd of the bunch, clearly reigning as King of the Fashion Jungle ;)
If you want a little piece of Mrs. Jackie O for the summer months, Miss Trish of C is your girl. Now scoot on over to Target before these styles set sail for good.
