Now, before you get your panties in a bunch over Chloe Sevigny as the first Monday’s Muse of August, lemme ‘splain something. Yes, I know Ms. S is not necessarily packing the pretty in the face department. But as far as her fashion is concerned, she may as well be “Halle Be-rry, Halle Be-rry!” The girl can dress circles around most of her “fairer” starlet peers. And that, my darling, is what HighEnd is all about.

Whether showing off those gorgeous gams in a micromini or rocking the hipster look du’jour of heavy black eyewear, Chloe possesses a style that is both fashionable and sexy. She moves in some pretty HighEnd circles, and it shows in her fab ensembles. She has an effortless way of mixing quirky and high fashion in a way that I’ve seen only in a few other chicsters (Genevieve Jones, Rachel Bilson, Kerry Washington, and Lady Moss, of course). Seeing CS’s ToDieFor looks on the red-carpet or at fashion parties inspires me to shake up my chic routine. Why not do a burgandy granny boot with a floaty white frock?
