It takes some major va-voom for me to highlight just one item for TDF Fridays. But I was rendered speechless when I saw these ass-kicking, knee-hitting boots by Candela. Celeb-stylist Monica Rose featured them on her absolutely addictive blog, and I just had to share with my little HighEnders.

The black leather is supple, but a little roughed-up- like they’ve spent a whole night riding Harleys with some gritty biker. And the studs?!?!?!? Holy Nachos! Those three rows of edge and attitude take the boots from Rocker-Chic to Rock-Goddess. They retail for $430, but I am doing some crazy fast math to budget in these babies. Talk about some accessories accounting!

I would love to pair these with a super-cool t-shirt dress and a bevy of some heavy-metal jewelry. Ya know, for a Sienna Miller/Rihanna/Erin Wasson “I rule, You drool” sort of look ;) And I would DIEEEE to pull these on with (be still my heart) skinny white jeans and  a fitted black turtleneck.
