A Rose is a Rose is a Rose...

Six years ago, I was completely pink obsessed. I had haute pink tops, rose-hued dresses, a bevy of pink jewels and at least 5 pairs of pink shoes. Well, I not only grew up, but grew weary of the feminine hue. I immersed myself in black and shunned any and all pastels. We remember this story, right?

That is, until I saw this breathtaking image from MAC. The bright pink shades and unabashedly girly hair and make-up is totally “Valley of the Dolls,” not “I still play with dolls.” So, I was inspired by my former peppy-pink self to find more hautely hued items for fall. From tank tops to makeup tools, there are a whole slew of chic pieces enjoying a rosy outlook.
