Believe me, this latest Monday’s Muse is as much of a surprise to me as it is to you, dear readers! But I was cruising my fave new fash site celebstyle.com when I became enthralled with Hills’ sidekick Lo Bosworth. Though Ms. Bosworth usually flys “Lo” on my radar, there is something effortless and CaliGirlChic about her look. She doesn’t rely on flashy prints and super-short shapes (*cough*Heidi Pratt*cough*) to showcase serious style. Neutral-hued ensembles get punched up with classic, yet on-trend accessories. Roughed-up leather belts, XL boyfriend cardi, chunky scarves and posh purses. And as one girl who can really “belt” it out, I appreciate how Lo-Lo works the leather strap.

This Hills Hautie also understands the importance of having camera-ready hair and make-up on and off the red carpet. Whether rocking Cali-standard long, loose waves or a more UptownUpdo, Lauren’sLeadingLady is polished perfection.
