There’s nothing Mimi loves more than NY…I mean DUH! But there’s really nothing better than a serious sample sale in the Big Apple! And thanks to my girl Sweets, I was able to score big at the Rebecca Minkoff sample sale last weekend on 5th Ave.

If you don’t know Beccs is an absolute celeb-fave. Everyone from Aggy Deyn to those Gossip Girls to Rachel Bilson and Evey-Eve has been snapped rocking Rebecca!

The purses were plentiful, the jewels jinglin’ and Mimi…well, Mimi was plain MADDDDD4Minkoff! I had handbags hangin’ everywhere as I walked around with no less than six items strapped to my body. 3zip Rocker in neon lime or the way too cute studded clutch? Le Sigh! A fashionistas’ quandry.

In the end I displayed sartorial self-control and limited myself to one TDF bag– the Morning After satchel in pink/green leopard print! KILLLLLLERKUTE and all for less than 200 smackaroos! And my buddy Sweets scored some pretty fab deals as well- a classic cognac-hued clutch sassed up with a few tassels and a grey leather cross-body bag with neon pink piping!

I so so sorry for my HighEnders who couldn’t make the sale, but if you’re really feeling like a Mink(s), RM has a slew of super stylish satchels. The adorable Eyelet Morning After Mini in buttery brown is making me want to give my kitten a lil sister! And how freakin’ crazybeautifulchic is the 3-zip rocker in sunshine-hued tie-dye???? Mimi is deaddddd! And the “Can’t Buy Me Love” coin purse in pink leather is a cute somethin’-somethin’ for $50.
