From nude to blush, eggshell to taupe; this combo of hues is sophisticated and feminine, yet an edgy fashion risk amidst the cold-weather uniform of black.

And if I can rant for just onnnnnne minute, I am tired of this whole “afraid of being a woman thing” that seems to be plaguing some of us. Yes, fedoras and trousers can be sexy and fun, but sometimes all a gal needs is to feel…well, like a gal.

Don’t worry, I am nowhere near regressing back to my uber girly-girl ways. But this spring I will be going full posh princess in this creamy confection of colors. And as long as I anchor the look with a skinny black pant or a shot of grey, I won’t be afraid to up the ante with ruffles and lace.  Yepppp, I’m about to be that girl.
