we live in such casual times as a society. denim is du jour. casual fridays rule any day ending with…day. every 20-something from LA2NY is continually headed to some “suuuuuuperdoooooooooopeoutdoorconcert featuring some tiiiiiiiiight bands you’ve never heard of”
well here’s the thing…i’m a total 20-something who totally got left behind by a few different eras:
- The 20s: hellloooooo, advent of sassy flapper gals in short-short skirts
- The 50s: feminine everything is so perfect for the gal who is a gal during everything
- The 70s: I mean, how many times have we talked about this?
but ya know what, she (being me) want that old thing back (being polish). and this spread from Vogue Russia is inspiring me to say
