1. “Colours” grafitti6: I am a total geek for runway soundtracks. Remember? Well, during the Mara Hoffman show I resorted to Shazamming. I know so embarassing. Thank God I did because this peppy airy tune will have me floating through these fake Spring days :)

2. Oval-shaped nails: I blame all recent crazy obsessions on Kerry Washington, including my overall obsession with her perfect self. My latest is nail shape- I know this is getting out of hand- but after years of being a total square I am venturing into femme fatale world of perfect ovals. Nothing destroys creamy nude more!

3. Newsies: I am so damn curious these days. And not just my normal Southern nosiness. I have been devouring the news lately- coffee with Morning Joe, afternoons with NYTimes.com, evening rendezvous with Business of Fashion, plane rides with the WSJ. Knowledge is power- get some.

4. I am finally reading again- like actual books. Crazy, right? I absolutely devoured teeny murder mystery Reconstructing Amelia paced almost identically to Gone Girl and have moved onto Sylvia Plath’s The Bell Jar. Iooooooncurr how cliché it is, this story is required reading for every new york city girl. Next up the epic tale of New York The Novel. See a theme?

5. Casepops: Having friends in the right places is what its all about. Especially when they come up with AMAZING ideas like customizable cell phone cases. Casepops is the cool concept that allows you to create your dream phone case with interchangeable “pops.” My creation is an ode to stylish studs and the good energy evil eye. I’ve already gifted a gold version to my boss! Pop life!
