i am so excited about the current state of pop music. it is fun and constantly changing and best of all it is actually pretty good. after all we went through in the early-mid 2000s, we’re long overdue for some radio jams.

well, enter magic for the catchy, romantic and utterly adorable “rude.”**

although i am like the most NYOE (new york over everything) girl on the block, i have a secret cali side that dates back to my elementary-school obsession with 311. well, the surfer sounds of magic are totally taking me back and stroking those west coast flames.

i’ll be listening all summer and dreaming of 6th grade and 65 degrees.
