You know how people loooove to categorize themselves as a _______ person.
“I’m a wine and cheese kinda gal.” “More of a beer guy myself.” “Accessories lady here! Gimme the shoes and purses!”
Well, forget the crazy bag lady, I’m a total ring chick. I absolutely adore all rings- cocktail, heirloom, signet, pinky, index…well, ok not thumb, but you get the point. I am obsessed with the finger jewels, most especially the big and gaudy variety.

I am the Ringbearer!
Mere months before my 16th birthday, I pointed to my right ring finger and deadpanned to my parents, “Sweet 16. Make it happen, y’all.” Come September 27, 2003, I was gushing over a white gold, sapphire and diamond sparkler that is still one of my most prized possessions. No wonder, my boss nicknamed me “The Closer.”
Though I love that sentimental memory (cue the Sweet16 theme song), what really gets me going are the crazy costume rings. I’m talking the bigger and funkier, the better. Whether on a Target run, taking my weekly stroll through the mall or gettin jiggy out on the town (Really, self? Jiggy?), I must have major finger bling.
But this post is not an admission of my ring fetish (kinky, much?). Instead, I want to share with you, my H.E.R.E babies, a new haute spot for hand hardware.Noir is a jewelry line that I discovered when I was in Miami, lustfully browsing through BigDrop. See a pattern? The travelling, the sartorially depressing trips to BigDrop. Ain’t too hard to miss. But anyways, the Noir jewels were like a grade-school trip to the zoo. There were snakes, birds, lions and turtles, but with enough bling to make the whole thing a sexy jungle party, rather than a smelly walk past the elephants.

An elephant I'll never forget *revolveclothing.com*

Why so coy, koi? *revolveclothing.com*
I missed out on taming the sssuper-sssexy snake style, my absolute fave. But, I did get a bangin’ Noir ring a few weeks later (thanks, MC!)- chic lattice design in red and black laquer.

RingNoir
So, despite it’s dark name, Noir has shown me the light when it comes to costume jewelry chic.
Unless you meant the other style, the blue and gold. that one i cant find. but did you see the scorpion?!?! http://napowderroom.blogspot.com/2009/04/jewels.html
Yes, I meant the gorg blue/gold, but I’m ambidextrous when it comes to animal baubles. Wait, is that not what that word means? Lol.
Found your sexy snake ;)
